STRANGE: "Code of Conduct » Live On Green Pasadena"
Why do they include this? All OBVIOUS ordinary expectations at any public event, except the "no photography". That's really strange at a rose event where everybody wants to memorialize their experiences with photography. It sounds overly negative & the forbidden tone is kind of ominous for a rose event. If they included this because of ISIS and terrorism,do they really think that will stop them? Did they include "NO AK-47's ALLOWED"? C'mon rose people,or national parks people. This is "THE ROSE"! People of GOOD WILL , including ME (& my wife & kids) ,come here for a good time,not to cause trouble. Troublemakers won't be reading or obeying the exhaustive code of conduct anyways.
