wow, STEEP PRICE HIKES FOR FLOAT VIEWERS,$13 & $15 ?! "Where to view 2017 Rose Parade floats before and after the Pasadena parade"
I've been going to the float viewing events for many years before and after the parade and I've always been priced at about $8 or $10 at the most so a $5 price hike is pretty steep.
